I had a small leak that I thought was my condensation pipe clogged up but after a week of more drips, I knew I needed to call in some outside help. DDP was fast to respond and arrived 15 minutes after the start of the 2 hour window they gave me. They were very communicative and easy to work with and didn't try to oversell me. Turns out I needed some refrigerant and they installed a new condensation pump I had already purchased as a back up and were in and out in no time. My dog was even super relaxed thru it all, to help paint the picture of their friendliness and professionalism. They were VERY responsive, including on the weekend. They got me 2 very quick appointments, and arrived on time, as expected. Their service technicians were kind and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the problem to me and the fix. They did not try to upsell parts that were not needed, but did explain items that were showing wear, and made recommendations for what to replace now. The prices were reasonable. I also would point out that they seemed to have very good diagnostic technology, which them made diagnosing and demonstrating the problem quick work. Even though I told them they did not have to do so, they wore shoe covers in the house. Outstanding service by Dennis Navas of DDP HVAC LLC. Dennis is an HVAC professional who also teaches and certifies other HVAC techs. Our condo's Trane HVAC had come to the end of its natural life (20+ years). Dennis came out to assess what we needed, and gave us an honest diagnosis: we could continue to repair and add the expensive but obsolete freon, or we could invest, replace, and update to our next HVAC. We went with a Carrier this time, at a fair price. Dennis even came back to tighten the compressor cover to really silence the noise.
